Mach5 was incorporated on December 12, 2022 as a Swiss "Aktiengesellschaft" (AG) — a company limited by shares — headquartered in Crypto Valley, Switzerland.

The AG is the most established corporate form in Switzerland, providing the legal foundation for our technical operations across Europe and globally.

The AG Structure

The shareholders may remain anonymous and are not registered in the commercial register. The AG can be defined as a company with its own capital divided into specific amounts (shares), whose liabilities are payable only from company assets. Shareholders are required only to fulfil the duties specified in the articles of association and are not personally liable for the company's obligations.
