By accessing and using the MACH5 investment platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

2. Investment Services

Our platform provides:

  • Digital asset investment opportunities
  • Portfolio management tools
  • Investment analytics and reporting
  • Transaction execution services

3. User Obligations

As a platform user, you agree to:

  • Complete KYC verification
  • Comply with AML regulations
  • Report suspicious activities
  • Keep account information updated
  • Pay applicable fees and charges

4. Investment Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Digital asset investments carry significant risks
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose your entire investment
  • You should only invest what you can afford to lose

5. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay:

  • Transaction fees
  • Management fees
  • Performance fees (if applicable)
  • Other service-related charges

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong passwords
  • Enabling two-factor authentication
  • Securing private keys and recovery phrases
  • Reporting unauthorized access

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate this agreement

  • Arbitration
  • Legal proceedings as a last resort

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this agreement:

  • To comply with regulations
  • To improve platform services
  • To address security concerns

By using the MACH5 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not use our platform.
